Email Setup - "Leaving a copy on the Server"Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express Setup - http://support.microsoft.com/Within Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, you can leave a copy of your email on the server. What that basically means is that when you login and grab an email, it doesn't delete the email off the server. This is rarely useful and we suggest that you do not use this function. The problem is that inevitably the email box will get filled, and when it gets filled it is "locked" by the server. Common Warning Email:
Solution to Problem: Within your email settings you find the "Advanced Tab." We suggest that you have an Unchecked box under "Leave a copy of message on server." To find this window, within Outlook or Outlook Express, go to "TOOLS", "ACCOUNTS", click on your email name, then click the fifth tab to the right "ADVANCED". Other useful email links:
