  • A look at the keys to getting organized and an overview of the QuadStrat Assessment Strategy
  • A no-cost seminar to discuss free business consulting services available from SBETA
  • 8:30 – 10:00 (Check in and coffee 8:00) Friday April 5th, 2013.

Small business owners often communicate with key managers, yet many times they still pull in opposite directions. How can you get honest feedback and prioritize efforts in a way that gets everyone pulling the same direction?

The QuadStrat Assessment is a tool that does just that, and now it is available as a service to small businesses with over ten employees. This unique opportunity to work with seasoned business consultants and use the QuadStrat tool as the center for developing strategy and working plans is complimentary and provided by SBETA. This session discusses planning strategies to get moving in the right direction, and illustrates the tool and how it works. Applications to engage additional free SBETA consulting service will be provided.

SBETA is the San Bernardino Employee Training Agency, governed by the Workforce Investment Board, a federally funded program to assist businesses to train and hire good employees. It also has several business support programs available to San Bernardino area businesses.
