Is the information in the calendar public?

Yes, all of the information entered into the calendar is live and viewable by the public.

Is there a "preview" mode?

No, the calendar does not have a preview mode, all records are live (viewable to the public) when you create them. If you make a mistake, see “How do I edit a record?" below.

Can my calendar be mission-critical to my business?

No, this calendar is not intended for critical business planning. The calendar is intended for viewing on websites by the public, so only public events should be placed in the records. All critical company calendar data should be kept in-house on an appropriate calendaring system.

How do I login to edit my calendar?

Go to http://www.webcalendarhost.com/login/index.php and enter the username and password that was supplied you.

How do I edit a record?

You may edit any record inside the Control Panel by clicking on the "Edit" button in the right column named "Manage."

Why is my link broken?

You need to include an "http://www." at the beginning of your link.  It is good practice to copy the link from the address bar at the top of your browser for the page you want and paste it into the field.

I have a "http://www." in my link and it's still broken?

Make sure the link is still live by typing it into your browser. Many links on the internet are changed over time and become broken.  Also check your spelling and use of .htm or .html at the end of the page link.

I entered a date that doesn't exist, what happened?

There are 31 days that are available in the drop down menu in the create record page, if you select Feb. 31st, the record will be created but it will not be shown on the calendar since that is not a real day.  Make sure to delete bad records so that you do not use up space on the server.

Can I email my calendar to someone?

Yes, you may email a link to the calendar to anyone you feel should have it. Make sure to copy and paste your link correctly into the email, and test it before sending the email.

Can other websites link to my calendar?

Yes, any website or e-mail may link to your calendar.
