Edit Calendar
You will see the following information here.

Control Panel Home
- takes you back to the Edit Calendar page.

View All Records
- shows all of the records in the database.

Search
- allows you to search all of your records by the field I.D. or by a search phrase.

Add Record

id - this is a generated field to make each entry unique.

month - select the month of the event by pulling down the menu.

day - select the day of your event.
*Note* that 31 days are available. If you select Feb. 31st, the record will be created but it will not be shown on the calendar, since that is not a real day.

year - select the year of the event.

label - this it the title of the event that shows up on the main calendar. It will appear on the day you selected. Try to keep titles short and concise.

description - this is the large text area that shows up when an event title is clicked on inside the main calendar. Place the information about the event here, make sure to add times and locations if needed.

link - this is where you add a hyperlink to any additional information, press releases, news or a website. This must be entered as http://www.link.com. If you do not include "http://www", the link will not work.
*Note* that it may be best to open a second browser window and then go to the page you want to link to. Copy the link out of the header in the browser's address bar and then paste it into the field.

Add Record - click on this button to add a record.

You will also see the records that you have entered into the system on the "Edit Your Calendar" page. On the right of the table you may edit or delete any records under the manage column.

View your Calendar
Click on the view calendar link, and a new screen will open with your live calendar. The link that is there, http://www.webcalendarhost.com/login/calendar.php?client=XXXXX, is your link to the calendar. If you would like a link to the calendar from a website or email, this is the link you should use. The "XXXXX" is your username in the example above, and should replace the X's. This is the same username you log into the system with.
